Can I exchange or get a refund for a watch that has been engraved?

No, an engraved watch cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Even if it has not been worn, the personalization by engraving makes it unique and cannot be resold to other customers.

Is it possible to have an engraving removed?

Yes, it is possible to have an engraving removed. Simply contact us by email so we can tell you how to proceed. The engraving can be removed through a polishing operation, for which you will be charged.

Please note, however, that after the engraving has been removed by polishing, the watch still cannot be exchanged or refunded. Indeed, polishing results in material removal, which can slightly alter the original shape of the watch compared to its initial state when it left the factory.

What should I do if the engraving has imperfections?

Engraving is a so-called “artisanal” operation.

Although carried out with a high-precision laser machine to guarantee a perfect finish, it requires the intervention of an operator to adjust the parameters.

Being made by hand and not in the factory, a slight margin of tolerance is to be expected. However, rest assured that our teams always strive to offer you a result that meets your expectations.

What is the lead time for an engraving?

Adding an engraving to your order extends shipping time by 24 hours on average.

Being a customization, we make sure to take the time necessary to carry out your engraving in the best conditions.

What parts of the watch can I have engraved and what impact does this have on the watch?

The engravings are mainly made on the side of the watch. Positioning may vary depending on the collections.

The majority of our models have a sapphire crystal back, which does not allow engraving on this part. In this case, the engraving is carried out on the left side of the case.

For models equipped with a solid bottom, the engraving can be done either on the bottom or on the side.

The engravings offered are fine and precise. They do not alter the operation or adjustment of the watch.
