Buying a watch online can make choosing a size difficult. Thanks to our custom sizing service, your steel bracelet is adjusted before shipping according to your wrist size.

You receive a watch ready to wear, comfortable as soon as you open the package.

If you prefer to make the adjustment yourself, we also provide you with atool kitdedicated.

HOW TO TAKE YOUR MEASUREMENT?

Receive your watch ready to wear, adjusted to your wrist by our workshop before shipping.

Step 1 — Get a measuring tape

Use a flexible tape measure. Failing that, use a string and then transfer the measurement to a ruler.

Step 2 — Measure the wrist

Place the tape measure where the watch will be worn.

The meter must be:

in contact with the skin
nor too tight
nor too loose

Step 3 — Enter the size

Indicate the exact measurement in centimeters when purchasing the service.

Example :20cm

CORRECT SIZING

The meter is placed lightly, without compressing the skin.

ACTUAL MEASURED SIZE: 20 cm

WRONG SIZING

The meter tightens too tightly and distorts the measurement.

MEASURED SIZE: 18.5 cm

The watch may be too tight on the wrist.

Sizing conditions

The sizing is carried out exclusively on the basis of the information communicated by the customer when ordering. The customer remains solely responsible for the accuracy of the measurement transmitted.

A slight tolerance may exist depending on the morphology of the wrist and the desired comfort.

Removed links are systematically returned with the watch.

The amount of the sizing service is not refundable once the service has been completed. Except in case of return.

In the event of an incorrect measurement communicated by the customer, the costs related to a new adjustment, a return or additional transport will remain the responsibility of the customer.

The sizing carried out by the MaisonDuTemps workshops does not exclude the right to return or refund the watch in compliance with the return conditions in force.

On the other hand, any resizing carried out by a third party, an external watchmaker or directly by the customer may result in exclusion of the right to return and refund if the watch or bracelet shows traces of modification, wear or deterioration.

The sizing service may result in an additional shipping delay of up to 24 hours during busy periods.
