MANIFESTO

MaisonDuTemps was born from a simple belief: the price of a beautiful watch isn't in its movement; it's in the logo. We decided to change that. Watches that turn heads, mechanisms that live up to their reputation, and service worthy of 2026. No compromises on what truly matters.

The story of MaisonDuTemps is first and foremost that of Hugo Delaleu, a watch enthusiast who wanted to put his expertise at the service of others.

Before founding the brand, Hugo honed his skills in the most beautiful luxury watch boutiques in Paris. Sales, customer relations, after-sales service, in-depth knowledge of movements – he learned every facet of the trade from the best houses. It was there that he understood a reality that the industry prefers to keep quiet: what is expensive in a watch is not the movement. It's the logo.

This conviction changed everything.

In 2021, Hugo launched MaisonDuTemps. Alone, without investors, without a boutique. The idea is simple: to allow all watch enthusiasts, whatever their budget, to access watches that truly inspire. Skeletons, automatics, chronographs with a strong style, driven by reliable mechanisms and selected by someone who knows exactly what he is choosing.

Today, thousands of people wear an MDT. Enthusiasts who wanted something genuine, without paying for the name of a big house. The story of MaisonDuTemps is theirs too, and it's only just beginning.

TO DATE

New models, a refined shopping experience, prices negotiated as fairly as possible thanks to a direct and demanding relationship with our suppliers. Every decision, every reference, every improvement starts from the same place: to please watch enthusiasts, whatever their budget. That was the motivation on day one. It still is today.

EVENTS

The brand is making its debut at French and European watchmaking fairs and is establishing itself for the first time among industry professionals. A milestone that says it all: MDT is no longer just a digital brand. It is an established watchmaking house, recognized by its peers, and determined to become a reference in accessible watchmaking in Europe.

STORES

For the first time, MaisonDuTemps is setting up physical points of sale across France. A concrete, tangible presence that allows customers to discover watches in a way that goes beyond a screen. To hold them, to wear them, to feel them. A turning point for the brand, confirming its foothold in the French watchmaking landscape and its desire to reach all enthusiasts, wherever they may be.

FIRST SALES

MaisonDuTemps exists. And right from the start, sales confirm what Hugo had a hunch about: there was indeed a market, and a real expectation. Now it's time to expand the range, refine the customer experience, structure logistics, and surround themselves with a team as passionate as they are determined to make MDT a brand that matters.

WATCHMAKER

It was then, behind the workbench, that a clear realization emerged: the market sorely lacked accessible and well-built skeleton automatic watches. Beautiful pieces existed, but they remained out of reach. Affordable alternatives, on the other hand, couldn't compare. Between the two, a void. Hugo decided to fill it.
