Buying a watch online can make choosing the right size difficult. Thanks to our custom sizing service, your steel bracelet is adjusted to your wrist size before shipping.
You receive a watch that is ready to wear and comfortable right out of the box.
If you prefer to make the adjustment yourself, we also provide a dedicated tool kit.
HOW TO MEASURE?
Receive your watch ready to wear, adjusted to your wrist by our workshop before shipping.
Step 1 – Get a tape measure
Use a soft tape measure. If you don't have one, use a piece of string and then transfer the measurement to a ruler.
Step 2 – Measure your wrist
Place the tape measure where the watch will be worn.
The tape measure should be:
- in contact with the skin
- not too tight
- not too loose
Step 3 – Enter the size
Indicate the exact measurement in centimeters when purchasing the service.
Example: 20 cm
GOOD SIZING
The tape measure is placed lightly, without compressing the skin.
ACTUAL MEASURED SIZE: 20 cm
WRONG SIZE SELECTION
The tape measure is too tight and distorts the measurement.
MEASURED SIZE: 18.5 cm
The watch may be too tight on the wrist.
Sizing conditions
Resizing is carried out exclusively based on the information provided by the customer when ordering. The customer remains solely responsible for the accuracy of the measurement provided.
A slight tolerance may exist depending on wrist morphology and desired comfort.
Removed links are systematically returned with the watch.
The resizing service fee is non-refundable once the service has been performed, except in the case of a return.
In the event of an incorrect measurement provided by the customer, costs related to a new adjustment, return, or additional transport will remain at the customer's expense.
Resizing performed by MaisonDuTemps workshops does not exclude the right to return or refund the watch, in compliance with the current return conditions.
However, any resizing performed by a third party, an external watchmaker, or directly by the customer may lead to exclusion of the right to return and refund if the watch or bracelet shows signs of modification, wear, or deterioration.
The resizing service may lead to an additional shipping delay of up to 24 hours during peak periods.
