Unidirectional bezel

At MaisonDuTemps, our expertise is reflected in a range of watches suitable for everyday wear, including city watches, which harmonize with all outfits, whether it's a suit for work, a classic outfit for the weekend, or even sports gear. The majority of our collection is characterized by a sober, discreet, and refined style, generally enhanced with a technical or aesthetic detail that gives each watch a touch of uniqueness.

However, MaisonDuTemps aspires to expand and broaden its product range. That's why, following numerous requests, we decided to introduce our diving watch. However, it's not just an ordinary diving watch, but rather a reinterpretation by MaisonDuTemps. Our men's diving watch features a distinctive element that gives it a particular charm: the bezel. The bezel of our MTSigma model is unidirectional, sporting a red color and white markings.

As a diving watch, it meets all the requirements one would expect from such an instrument. Its black dial features luminescent indices, ensuring optimal readability even in marine depths. A date window at 3 o'clock, as well as a red second hand, offer increased precision when reading the time. Finally, the distinctive feature of this diving watch lies in its transparent case back, allowing a detailed view of the Miyota automatic movement that powers the watch.

A watch for diving

Indeed, the MTSigma is specially designed for diving, equipped with all the necessary features to accompany you during your underwater explorations. With water resistance up to 100 meters, it is ready to face all types of water, whether in the sea or in a pool.

However, even if you are not a seasoned diver and simply want to wear this diving watch daily to be on time for your appointments, it is entirely possible. Despite its sporty orientation, the watch maintains a versatile design with a 42 mm diameter and a thickness of only 15 mm. Like all our watches at MaisonDuTemps, you have the option to customize its strap by choosing rubber or even a NATO strap.

The MTSigma was the first professional watch in our range, paving the way for the MTGamma chronograph. In the future, following market demands and trends, our range of professional watches will continue to expand to meet the varied needs of our customers.

Combining utility with trend

A true homage to mechanical precision, this diving watch is in line with Maison du Temps creations. Powered by a Miyota automatic movement, it shares the same DNA as our entire collection of automatic watches, designed to last and accompany every daily gesture.

Its sporty look also evokes the world of our chronograph watches, designed for those who appreciate mastering time down to the last detail. And like all our men's watches, it combines elegance and functionality with precision.

Finally, enthusiasts of pure mechanics will find in our skeleton watches this fascination for visible movement — a window opened onto the very soul of watchmaking.

Diving watches have always held a prominent place in the watchmaking market and have even contributed to the renown of certain brands, such as the Rolex Submariner which has become the emblem of the Swiss brand.

It is undeniable that diving watches, beyond their primary utility, offer designs that break new ground, with generally imposing dimensions and offering the possibility of innovation both technically and aesthetically. (For example, at MaisonDuTemps with our MTSigma and its red rotating bezel).

Another advantage of diving watches, compared to classic watches, lies in their thickness and robustness. Their solid case offers additional protection to the mechanism, thus absorbing shocks that could damage the watch.

However, this style of watches, although iconic and aesthetically appealing, is not always suitable for the slimmest wrists... But rest assured, the MTSigma has a diameter of 42 mm which will allow it to adapt perfectly to most of our customers' wrists.
